Return Costs

  • For Defective Products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged during shipping, or defective in any way.

  • For Change of Mind: The actual return shipping cost will be charged to the customer. This applies when the customer purchases the wrong item, the item does not fit, or they no longer want it. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

  3. Send It Back: Drop off your package at the nearest carrier service point according to the instructions in the return authorization email.
